Opening Ceremonies

This is Ninja's first year of T-Ball and the season was kicked off with Opening Ceremonies. Each team made a float and we had a parade down our Main street of the city. Complete with police escorts and everything! I wasn't able to go (Gambit had a soccer game at the same time), but Ninja looks so cute in his baseball gear. His team is the Orioles, so they made a nest of hay and the boys dressed up like baby birds. He's so excited for his first game!

Total Bliss

Antonio's favorite number is 5. He has an unnatural love and obsession with this number. Everything needs to be done or counted in multiples of 5, etc. Imagine his complete contentment when this popped up on his odometer the other day. He was close to that reading when he got home from work, so he drove around the neighborhood for a bit until the ultimate number hit!

Slumber

Almost every weekend Antonio has a slumber party with the big boys in the living room. They love doing it! We blow up the inflatable mattress (that always seems to deflate over the course of the night) and let them eat popcorn while watching a movie. Such sweet boys when they are sleeping ;-)

Can it be? Dare I say? Spring!

We *finally* had a nice weather day, and we took advantage! The boys and I rode MAX downtown to have lunch with Antonio on the waterfront park. It was so nice to be outside and enjoy the beginnings of spring! We even got to see a military helicopter land on a building right next to us. It was so loud! We love hanging out in the city. After lunch the boys and I rode down to the zoo to spend the afternoon with cousins and animals. A great way to finish up this year's spring break. Now it's onto baseball games and the countdown to summer!

Con'd....

Blogspot is only letting me load 5 pictures at a time. Lame.

Love is Spoken Here

A few weeks ago I kept finding all these pieces of paper that someone had cleverly hidden around the house. I finally asked Ninja what was up and he replied, "I just wanted our family to find them so everyone knows I love them." So sweet!

Macaroni - The ultimate feast for a child.

My little Rocket bear. He loves to eat. He loves to giggle. He loves his Momma.

And she loves him!
